ЧИ БУДЕ СУД, ЧИ БУДЕ КАРА?

 

На  початку  двадцятих рокiв нашого столiття, описуючи трагiчнi події часів Мазепи, тобто першої половини вiсiмнадцятого вiку, письменник Богдан Лепкий, милуючись красою рiдного краю, ім'я якому Україна, його багатствами, працьовитим i спiвучим людом, ставить  досить гостре i  актуальне питання не тiльки до своїх сучасникiв, а й перед нащадками, перед нами...
Адже ми пережили цiлих п'ятдесят рокiв пiсля його смертi ще в жахливiших умовах, переповнених постiйними переслiдуваннями та репресiями, не раз теж  ставили перед  собою питання: Чому тут життя - один жах?..
I воно луною перекликалось не в одному серцi українця-патрiота, в тому числi до щему зачепило й моє...
Я  вважаю,  що повнiстю вiдповiсти на це запитання викладеними вище матерiалами не достатньо, бо їх в  усiх сферах нашого життя було в тисячi разiв бiльше.
Тому ми зупинимось лише на хронології найжахливiших злочинiв вчинених "керiвною і спрямовуючою”:

- розв'язання громадянської вiйни на Українi у 1917 роцi: вiйни Росiї проти України;

- органiзацiя агресії проти демократично обраної народом Центральної Ради та лiквiдацiя Української Народної Республiки;

- органiзацiю масових розстрiлiв вiйськовополонених в 1918-1920 рр. (українських стрiльцiв, польських воїнiв, солдатiв та офiцерiв армiй Денiкiна і Врангеля, повстанцiв та iнших);

- придушення з застосуванням насилля i жорстокостей селянських повстань на Українi у 1920 роцi;

- органiзацiя голодомору в 1921-1922 рр.;

- пiдписання без будь-якого обговорення й згоди народу  так званого Союзного договору в 1922 роцi з грубим порушенням "Декрету про мир", прийнятого Другим Всеросiйським з'їздом совiтiв 26. Х. 1917 року;

- переслiдування за релiгiйнi переконання і фiзичне знищення православного духовенства та  представникiв  інших конфесiй протягом 1920-1930 рокiв;

- насильницьке впровадження колективiзацiї та цiлковите розорення українського села;

- органiзацiя штучного голодомору в Українi у 1932-1933 роках;

- органiзацiя i проведення масових розстрiлiв української iнтелiгенцiї в тридцятих роках з метою знищення iнтелектуального потенцiалу в Українi;

- некомпетентне втручання та вульгарне командування наукою, освiтою, що завдало їм непоправної шкоди;

- бiльшовицько-фашистська змова в розв'язаннi Другої Свiтової вiйни (23 серпня 1939 року);

- органiзацiя i проведення масових арештiв серед населення Захiдної України в 1939-1941 роках;

- розв'язання і активне продовження братовбивчої вiйни на теренах Захiдної України в 1930-1950 роках;

- насильницька лiквiдацiя на захiдних теренах України Греко-Католицької церкви;

- переслiдування священикiв і вiруючих греко-католикiв за вiру (1946 р.);

- масова депортацiя кримських татар зi своєї історичної Батькiвщини - Криму (1944 р.);

- масове фiзичне знищення десяткiв тисяч "остарбайтерiв" - хлопцiв і дiвчат, якi повертались із нiмецької неволi на Батькiвщину;

- органiзацiя голодомору 1946-1947 роках;

- депортацiя населення з захiдних теренiв України в Сибiр;

- грубе порущення мiжнародних угод про права людини;

- впровадження в Українi полiтики русифiкацiї та дискримiнацii малих нацiональних груп;

- насильницьке нав'язування всьому народу України догматичної комунiстичної ідеологiї;

- пiдняття особового складу цiлих полкiв Радянської армiї на штурм палаючих руїн спричинених випробуванням атомної бомби у вереснi 1954 року на теренi Свердловської областi;

- приховання даних про катастрофу у 1986 роцi на Чорнобильськiй АС, що завдало непоправної шкоди  здоров'ю і життю мiльйонiв жителiв України;

- демонстрацiї 1-го l 9-го травня 1986 року, виведення на зараженi радiацiєю вулицi мiст не тiльки дорослого населення, але й дiтей із шкiл і дитсадкiв;

- будiвництво на забруднених радiацiєю землях населених пунктiв для переселення потерпiлих із Чорнобильської зони, якi потiм виявились непридатними для проживання, залучення до будiвництва молодi, студентiв;

- споживання жителями України продуктiв харчування з забруднених радiацiєю земель;

- фiнансування партiйних потреб державним коштом та систематичне перекачування народних грошей на партiйнi рахунки через зрощення державних і партiйних структур;

- пiдтримка диктаторських прокомунiстичних режимiв шляхом так званої допомоги братнiм країнам, що обходилось народу України в сотнi мiльярдiв карбованцiв;

- спiвучасть в органiзацiї інтервенцiї та збройному придушенню нацiонально-визвольних змагань в Угорщинi (1956 р.), Чехословаччинi (1968 р.), Афганiстанi (1979-1989 р.р.), загибель у цiй вiйнi тисяч українських юнакiв;

- проведення полiтики цiлеспрямованого споювання українського населення;

- застосування антилюдських методiв впливу на iнакодумаючих в психiчних лiкарнях;

- повний розвал економiки України, доведення народу до цiлковитого зубожiння та духовного занепаду;

- арешти і розправа над українською інтелiгенцiєю в шiстдесятих роках пiсля т.зв. хрущовської вiдлиги (А. Горська, В.Симоненко, В. Стус, В. Івасюк, і багато інших);

- полiтичне вбивство провiдних дiячiв нацiонально-визвольних змагань Льва Ребета, Євгена Коновальця та Степана Бандери;

- збройний наступ на повстанськi сили України (УПА) 1942- 1952 р.р., який теж iшов в супереч "Декрету про мир" прийнятого Росiйський парламентом 26.Х.1911 р.

І справдi жах...
Перерахованi вище злочини - далеко не всi. Це тiльки теми для сучасних i майбутнiх iсторикiв...

WILL THERE BE COURT OF JUSTICE?
WILL THERE COME THE PUNISHMENT?

At the beginning of the twenties of the twentieth century, Bohdan Lepky - a writer who described the tragic events of Mazepa period, (the first half of the eighteenth century) and admired beauty of his native land(called Ukraine), its wealth, labourloving and songloving people, put a sharp and actual question addressed not only to his contemporaries but to his posterity, to us, as well...

The matter is that after his death we have been living during fifty years under still more horrible conditions, filled with constant persecutions and repressions and often asked ourselves: why is the life here so horrible...? And this question had been reflected in many hearts of Ukrainians-patriots, at the same time deeply touching my own heart too...
I believe that the below written materials cannot give a full answer to this question because all the spheres of our life can give thousands times more material.

Therefore we’ll point out only chronology of the most horrible crimes commited by the communists:

- unleashing the Civil War in Ukraine in 1917: the war of Russia against Ukraine;
- organization of agression against democratically elected by the people Central Soviet and the abolishment of the Ukrainian People’s Republic;
- organization of the mass executions of the military prisoners in 1918-1920 (Ukrainian shots/strelets, Polish warriors, soldiers and officers of the Denikin and Wrangel armies, rebellions and so on);

- violent and brutal suppression of the peasants’ rebellions in the Ukraine in 1920;

- organization of 1921-1922 starvation;
- signing without any discussion and people’s approval of so called Union aggreement in 1922 which roughly breached the Decree on Peace, adopted by the Second All-Russian Congress of Soviets on the 26.X.1917;
- religious convictions persecution and later - physical execution of the representatives of the ortodox clergy as well as the representatives of some other clergies within 1920-1930;

- forcible spreading of the rural collectivization and full ruin of the Ukrainian village;

- organization of the artificial starvation in the Ukraine in 1932-1933;
- organization of the Ukrainian intelligentsia mass execution in the thirties trying to annihilate intellectual potential in the Ukraine;

- incompetent intrusion and vulgar order about science and education, which appeared to be harmful and ruinous;

- bolsheviks-fascists collusion and the Second World War unleashing (23 August 1930);

- organization and carrying out of the mass arrests among the West Ukrainian population in 1939-1941;

- unleashing and active conducting of the brother-killing war on the West-Ukrainian areas in 1930-1950;

- forcible annihilation of the Greek-Catholic Church on the West-Ukrainian areas;

- persecution of the Greek-Catholic clergy and believers for their convictions(1946);

- mass Crimean Tatars deportation from their historical Motherland(1944);

- mass physical annihilation of thousands of ostarbeiters - young men and girls, who were comming back to their Motherland from the German slavery;

- organization of the 1946-1947 starvation;

- deportation of the West-Ukrainian population to Siberia;

- rough violation of the international human rights aggreements;

- spreading out the policy of russofication and discrimination of the minor national groups in the Ukraine;

- forcible trusting of the dogmatic communist ideology on the Ukrainian people;

- orders to many military units of the Soviet Army to storm sill flaming ruins after the atomic bomb testing in September 1954 in Sverdlovsk region;

- data concealment about the Chornobyl atomic station catastrophy in 1986, which caused dreadful harm to millions of the Ukrainian inhabitants’ health and life;

- demonstration on the 1st and 9th of May 1986; marching of not only adults but the nursery and school children as well along the contaminated with radiation streets of many towns and cities;

- settlements construction on the radiation contaminated areas with the purpose of moving there people from the Chornobyl zone and which appeared unfit for living but which were built by the youth and students;

- usage of contaminated food products by the Ukrainian population from the radiation contaminated lands;

- financing the communist party needs with the state money as well as systematic remitance of the peoples money for the party accounts thanks the union of the state and party structures;

- support of the dictatorial regims by means of so called assistance for the brotherly countries, that cost the Ukrainian people hundreds of millions rubles;

- taking part in the interventions and military suppression of the national-liberatory movements in Hungary(1956), Czechoslovakia(1968), Afganistan(1979-1989). Thousands of Ukrainian fellows had perished in that war;

- policy of getting accustomed to drinking of the Ukrainian population;

- usage of untihuman influence methods against differently minded in the psychical clinic

- full destruction of the Ukrainian economy, making Ukrainians physical and spiritual paupers;

- arrests and execution of the Ukrainian intelligentsia in the sixties after so called Kruschov’s thaw (A. Gorska, V. Simonenko, V. Stus, V. Ivasyuk, and many others);

- political killing of the leaders of national-liberatory movements (Lev Rebet, Eugene Konovalets and Stepan Bandera);

- armed offensive against the Ukrainian rebeliuos forces(URA) 1942-1952 which contradicted Decree on Peace, adopted by the Russian Parliament on the 26.X.1911;

- it’s a horror, indeed... Above mentioned crimes are only a small part. They are mere topics for modern and future historicans...

I have scanned this text but forgotten the article autor’s name. Though the sense of this text is in something different. It the author or somebody else responds, I’ll correct my error.
But is anyone able to correct historical justice concerning the People of the Ukraine?
